Some of our files have been compressed for ease of sending. If you use a pc here are instructions on how to unzip or uncompress the file. For a mac, highlight and right-click the archive you wish to decompress. Choose
Open. This will decompress the file or folder and place it in the same directory as the compressed file.

How quickly will I receive my files?
For digital clip art, papers and frames, an automatic download link is sent after payment. You will receive an email with your order and links. If you have an account with us on our website, you can securely log in at anytime and download your files, check your order status, or view your order history for items purchased from my website. If you order through Etsy, then you can go into Your Account / Purchases to access your download links.
Personalized Etsy Shop Sets, Blog Sets & Web Templates will be sent as outlined in the listing.
